🎓✨ The EXPRESS BUILDER Career Type ✨🎓
The fast-moving, multitasking innovators of the business world. Are you someone who thrives on variety and speed?
🔹 Who are Express Builders?
First up, we’re diving into the Express Builder — the fast-moving, multitasking innovators of the business world. Are you someone who thrives on variety and speed? Let’s explore.
Express Builders (also known as Manifesting Generators in Human Design) are multi-passionate and efficient problem-solvers. They have sustainable energy like Builders but also the ability to initiate like Innovators — which means they move fast, pivot quickly, and are here to do things their own way.
As a Projector, I see the beauty in how Express Builders break the rules and create their own path. But I also see the frustration that happens when they feel pressured to slow down or stick to just one thing. Their true power comes when they embrace their speed, trust their instincts, and know when to pivot.
🔹 Key Strengths of Express Builders:
✅ Fast-Paced Innovators – They skip steps, find shortcuts, and streamline processes.
✅ Multitasking Masters – They thrive on variety and juggling multiple passions.
✅ Magnetic Energy – When doing what they love, they draw people and opportunities to them.
🔹 Challenges for Express Builders:
👉 Skipping steps too quickly – Their speed can sometimes lead to missing important details.
👉 Saying yes to too much – Just because they can do everything, doesn’t mean they should.
🔹 Ideal Roles for Express Builders:
🔑 Entrepreneurs juggling diverse projects
🔑 Multi-skilled professionals in dynamic industries
🔑 Creative directors & visionaries
🔑 Fast-moving project leads
💡 "Once I realised I was designed to jump between projects and take shortcuts, I stopped trying to ‘fit in’— I started owning my unique process." — Client Feedback at Authentic Human

🎓✨ The BUILDER Career Type ✨🎓
Let's now, focus on the Builder—the natural doers and creators of the business world.
🔹 Who are the Builders?
Builders (also known as Generators in Human Design) are the driving force behind businesses, projects, and industries. They have sustainable energy and are here to master their craft by doing work that truly lights them up. Their key to success? Listening to their gut response and only committing to the work that excites them.
As a Projector, I see how vital Builders are—but I also see where they struggle. Many Builders are stuck doing work that drains them, because they’ve been conditioned to just keep going, even when something doesn’t feel right.
🔹 Key Strengths of Builders:
✅ Consistent Energy – They are built to work when it’s aligned.
✅ Mastery & Expertise – They thrive when they’re deeply engaged in what they love.
✅ Satisfaction from a Job Well Done – When they enjoy their work, they become unstoppable.
🔹 Challenges for Builders:
👉 Frustration from the wrong work – If they’re stuck in something uninspiring, they’ll feel drained.
👉 Saying yes too quickly – Builders need to respond, not initiate.
🔹 Ideal Roles for Builders:
🔑 Specialists & Experts
🔑 Skilled Technicians
🔑 Creatives & Makers
🔑 Business Owners (when following the right opportunities)
💡 "When I learnt that I didn’t have to initiate, just respond, my whole career changed. I started waiting for the right work instead of chasing everything." —Client Feedback from Authentic Human

🎓✨ The ADVISOR (Projector) Career Type ✨🎓
Now it's time to talk about Advisors — also known as Projectors in Human Design. And as a Projector myself, I know first hand how powerful this career type can be when recognised and aligned. 💡🎯
🔹 Who are Advisors?
Advisors are natural guides, leaders, and strategists. Unlike Builders, who are here to do the work, Advisors are here to see how work can be done better. They understand people, systems, and efficiency in a way that others don’t, which makes them exceptional leaders, coaches, and consultants.
However, recognition is key — Advisors don’t thrive when they force their guidance onto others. Instead, they need to wait for the right invitations, where their wisdom is valued and appreciated. I had to learn this the hard way, and I am stubborn!
🔹 Key Strengths of Advisors:
✅ Seeing the Bigger Picture – They know how to optimise teams and businesses.
✅ Efficient Leaders – They work smarter, not harder.
✅ Deep Understanding of Others – They recognise talents, challenges, and solutions.
🔹 Challenges for Advisors:
👉 Not being recognised – If their wisdom isn’t invited, they may feel ignored or bitter. Ummm, yep!
👉 Energy management – Unlike Builders, Advisors don’t have sustainable work energy, so they need to rest and recharge.
🔹 Ideal Roles for Advisors:
🔑 Business strategists & consultants - woo hoo!
🔑 Coaches, mentors, and thought leaders - woo hoo!
🔑 CEOs & directors (who work strategically, not as energy drivers)
🔑 HR professionals & talent optimisers
💡 "The moment I stopped trying to keep up with everyone else and leaned into my strength as a guide, everything changed. I now attract the right clients who truly value my insight." — well, that's a quote from me!

🎓✨The INNOVATOR Career Type ✨🎓
Time to spotlight the Innovator — the natural catalysts in business. Are you someone who’s here to start things, not necessarily finish them?
Innovators (known as Manifestors in Human Design) are the ones who spark ideas, movements, and new ventures. They are designed to lead by initiating, not by waiting for permission. Their energy works best when they are given the space to follow their impulses and create something new.
As a Projector, my role isn’t to push or initiate — it’s to see where energy is best utilised. What I’ve observed is that Innovators thrive when they have a team who can carry their vision forward, so they aren’t stuck doing all the follow-through.
🔹 Key Strengths of Innovators:
✅ Visionary Leaders – They bring new ideas into the world.
✅ Independent Thinkers – They don’t follow the crowd, they create their own path.
✅ Fast Movers – Once inspired, they take action quickly.
🔹 Challenges for Innovators:
👉 Not everyone is ready for their ideas – they may face resistance if they don’t inform others before taking action.
👉 Burnout from doing it all – they aren’t designed for long-term execution, so they need the right team around them.
🔹 Ideal Roles for Innovators:
🔑 Entrepreneurs
🔑 Innovators & Disruptors
🔑 Thought Leaders
🔑 Founders of Movements
💡 "Once I realised I wasn’t meant to finish everything I started, I stopped feeling guilty. My role is to initiate—then hand it over to the right people." —Client Feedback from Authentic Human

🎓✨ The EVALUATOR (Reflector) Career Type ✨🎓
Today, we’re exploring the Evaluator—the rarest career type, designed to observe, reflect, and offer powerful insights.
🔹 Who are Evaluators?
Evaluators (also known as Reflectors in Human Design) make up less than 1% of the population. They are here to sense and reflect the health of an organisation, community, or team. Unlike other types, they don’t have a fixed energy type — instead, they mirror what’s happening around them, offering a unique and objective perspective.
As a Projector, I see how valuable Evaluators are when they are given time and space to observe and process their insights. Unlike fast-moving career types, Evaluators aren’t designed to make quick decisions.
🔹 Key Strengths of Evaluators:
✅ Objective Observers – They offer clarity without bias.
✅ Deeply In Tune with Their Environment – They sense what’s working and what’s not.
✅ Wise Decision-Makers – When given time, their insights are profound.
🔹 Challenges for Evaluators:
👉 Being in the wrong environment – They absorb energy from others, so where they work and live deeply affects them.
👉 Pressure to make quick decisions – Their best decisions come when they wait.
🔹 Ideal Roles for Evaluators:
🔑 Culture & workplace assessors
🔑 Organisational consultants
🔑 Quality control specialists
🔑 Trusted advisors to leadership teams
💡 "Once I realised I wasn’t supposed to rush decisions, I started honouring my timing. Now, when I speak, people truly listen." — Client Feedback from Authentic Human
